QUICK ANSWERS
WHAT FAMILIES ASK
CAN PLAYERS TRAVEL SOLO? Yes. Flights are coordinated so solo players travel with an Alpha coach or designated adult. Players are supervised throughout the trip and stay together at a secure all-inclusive resort.
CAN PARENTS ATTEND? Yes. The family traveler package is $1,850 plus airfare and includes on-island lodging, meals, transportation, and group activities.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? If Alpha does not operate the trip, every payment—including the deposit—will be refunded in full. If a player withdraws after registering, the $900 deposit is non-refundable and all other payments will be returned as Alpha credit rather than cash.
DOES REQUESTING CONSIDERATION COMMIT US? No. The form only tells Alpha that your player wants to be considered. No payment is due unless a roster invitation is offered and accepted.
DOES HE NEED A PASSPORT OR VISA? A US Passport is required. No entry visa or inoculations are required.
